Meet the Founder
Hello and welcome! I’m Renetta Smith, Founder and Executive Director — a Texas native now living in Maryland, with nearly 37 years of experience in regulatory compliance, technology, and civil construction. I’m also a mom to a beautiful daughter living abroad, an entrepreneur, an artist, and a golfer. I care deeply about the health and well-being of women — all women. We are smart, resilient, and resourceful. We run households, corporations, municipalities, and nations. And yet, when the office closes for the day, the house grows quiet and life shifts, many of us wonder: Who am I now? What is my purpose? Does society still see me?
I created No More Hiding™ because women deserve safe spaces where we can take off the cape, breathe deeply, and remember who we are beyond the roles we play — to recalibrate and find our center.

Our vision
No More Hiding – Saddle Up and Save Yourself
What started as a whisper I repeated during morning meditation became a declaration. I no longer wait for permission to live happily. I no longer wait for things to be perfect to feel joy. No More Hiding is a call to action to women who are ready to stop shrinking and start living.
Let me be clear here: Living joyfully is a process. It didn’t happen overnight. It’s a choice. Sometimes it was an uncomfortable choice – a desperate choice – an aggressive choice. Sometimes it was as uncomfortable as wearing the wrong girdle through a long church service. You don’t trip into joy…you have to work at it intentionally and push yourself with grace and loving encouragement. Living joyfully takes courage and discipline. Plain ole ordinary FOCUS. It took an unapologetic decision to choose myself – on repeat.
The lesson learned is that I didn’t stay stuck. I found clarity. I turned my aches into awakening and my fears into dreams. I found liberation, self-acceptance, and the boldness to stand fully in my truth – unapologetically. And, I’m having a blast!
No More Hiding is my gift to others who are ready to live whole, live seen, and live free.
